My matte black Gen 3 after 3 weeks of gentle wearing.
I owe an apology to RingConn. I posted about this ring after a week of ownership and had some really unusual scratches that appeared to be down to the metal. I tried cleaning them and nothing made them go away. I had reached out to RingConn and they offered to exchange the ring for one in a differen

Unpopular opinion, if you care about Ringconn as a company and believe the vision, purchase Ringconn Care+
$30/yr isn’t too steep for coverage but I opted out because they seem pretty honorable about replacing faulty rings. IMO if you’re buying a $200+ smart ring and it doesn’t last a year they should replace it. I know better than most that LiPo batteries are low quality and don’t last long, that’s a co

My matte black Gen 3 after one week of gentle wearing.
UPDATE #2: The scratches went away? https://www.reddit.com/r/RingConn/comments/1ugb7pf/my_matte_black_gen_3after3_weeks_of_gentle/ I'll give credit where it is due. RingConn was willing to exchange this ring for just the price of shipping. After wearing it a bit longer, these superficial scratches just se

Help me choose
I’ve just switched from Ultrahuman to RingConn simply because of the company support for UH being less than. I needed a replacement after a year, and that year was great, but the process of getting ahold of their customer service is truly infuriating, and the app only provides an AI bot then transfe

How many have battery issue after or around 1 year ?
You didn’t add the cost of the Oura. You’re incapable of basic logic? 180 Plus what? 350? 400? So that’s exactly how much? And her ring lasted 3 years without a replacement? RingConn replaces without an issue at no cost if it didn’t last the year. And their next Gen battery will last even longer.

Gen2 Battery…
I would suggest contacting support. I was recently having some battery issues also and support have been very helpful to me. You can also try the suggestions at this similar thread: https://www.reddit.com/r/RingConn/comments/1u8h3qx/ringconn_gen_2_keeps_hitting_100_charged_when_its/

Worth it?
I bought a Gen 2. Air from RingConn on Amazon (from the RingConn store) just a year ago now. Late last November (at just 8 months old) the battery went bad. It would charge to 100%, then drain to 20-30% in just 12-14 hours. After some troubleshooting with their support, they sent me a replacement ri

battery life suckss
I got a Gen 2 Air ring a year ago, and it had similar battery problems as yours in August. I worked with support and they had me reset the ring, then charge it to 100% and leave it on the charger at least another 30-60 minutes. After doing that, my ring was back from 5 days per charge to 9 days 11 h
