I have the RingConn Gen 2 ($299) which is their “best” model but the gen 2 air is just as good ($199). We got the RingConn gen 2 because my husband wanted it for the sleep apnea monitoring. I got it so I have something for when I don’t wear a different watch other than my Apple Watch. It also doesn’t need a subscription like Oura. It’s also less expensive.
