I’m considering getting a ringconn and I have been having trouble recently with sleeping not apnea. I was gonna get the gen 2 air. Would you recommend this ring for sleep or other brands?

My Apple Watch in bed was a no go for me so bought RingConn 2 Air. So far the sleep numbers I needed are there & accurate enough. Didn’t need sleep apnea. So far so good but time will tell.

I have an ultra 3 watch and RingConn 2. Sleep tracking on ring is absolutely better on ring. Fitness not so much. My watch has about 1000 more steps daily than ring tracks. I bought ring for the sleep tracking as my watch sucks at that only.
