Using a smart ring for sleep and a watch for workouts?

I have a RingConn 2 and a Galaxy smartwatch. I bought the RingConn 2 specifically to track my sleep patterns. Compared to my Galaxy's sleeptracking, the RingConn consistently rates a typical night's sleep higher in both deep sleep, REM sleep and overall sleep quality. At the same time, the RingConn

Non-Watch fitness tracker advice?

I’m planning on getting a fitness tracker on a budget of 250€ (I’m from Europe) but I want not to be a watch, because I like wearing analog watches. I do like rings, I was looking specifically of the RingConn gen 2 air, but I saw it isn’t really accurate. Also the Amazfit Helio band, so if anyone kno

Step tracking in Apple Health

I received my Gen 2 Air yesterday and it recorded my sleep to Apple Health but it hasn’t recorded any steps to AH even though the RC app reflects steps. (And yes the toggle for write permissions is correct).

Thoughts?

disappointed

Hi everyone,

Sadly had to return my RingConn Gen 2 Air to Amazon. I really liked the ring (comfortable, great battery, app was solid), but over 10 nights, sleep stages were only detected twice.I tried everything: different fingers, timing, updates, resets... nothing worked. Most other metrics (HR,

Oura 4 or ringconn 2: which is best for my needs? pls help, other advice is too generic. thanks :))

Bought RingConn Gen 2, used for a week and frankly it’s a waste. Besides sleep tracking there is nothing good to be honest. Steps metrics are wildly inaccurate.

Am I the only one who doesn’t regret my Fitbit air?

I like my Fitbit air. I got it because I wanted to wear something comfortable for sleep tracking and I prefer it over my RingConn 2 smart ring in that sense as well.

What metric do you find most accurate?

Sleep metrics are close to being mostly bogus with Charge 6 and most other ones too, but more accurate than my RingConn 2. Last night I got maybe one hour of sleep and it shows that I was sleeping most of the night and showed Deep Sleep many times.A true indicator might be that I had almost no REM s

RingConn vs Whoop

Any info after a month, which one is better? I want to have more accurate readings as I am training a lot but I primarily use my RingConn 2 for sleep tracking and I am not sure it is good enough.

Accuracy of sleep tracking

My Charge 6 tracks my sleep better than my Ring Conn 2 health ring.

RingConn 2 Air

Sadly, Sleep and steps are fairly inaccurate - or at least they are vastly different from my Apple Watch and my old Oura ring. I'm still getting used to My RingConn but not super impressed thus far
