LIGHT lipsticks for olive skin?

I have many of the shades people are recommending, and I think I’m also an extremely fair cool olive, so hopefully this can help! From upper left to right, Row 1: Maybelline Romantic Rose Revlon Primrose Dibbs Glossy Balm in Rock Candy Merit Beverly Hills (technically a lip liner but it’s so creamy

Cool olive must, mauve lipstick

Ugh, I wish dusty rose worked for me. I spent something like 20 years wondering why the most beautiful dusky roses always looked overly saturated and/or turned orange on me. Revlon Laidback Lilac turns very pink on me, and looks a touch more saturated than I’d like. If I apply Revlon Glazed Mauve ov

All lip products pull orange 😭 help!!

Revlon Laidback Lilac does this on me. I had high hopes for it when I swatched it on my hand next to Glazed Mauve because it looked like an opaque version of Glazed Mauve. Nope, what I got was bright pink.

Practically every MLBB lip product I try is garishly bright and orange-leaning on me. Please help a cool, muted olive out!

Lipstick help! neutral pink

Maybe something like Revlon Laidback Lilac? It'd heavily depend on your skintone (depth + saturation + undertone) though how mauve-nude it pulls. How neutral and neutral adjacent shades apply are so dependent on one's own skintone so it's definitely tricky to find the perfect shade!

Missha BB in 21 for the win!

A lot of olives love Whirl, but that one is very brown on me. It’s funny how much our underlying lip pigment can completely change how a given lipstick shade looks from person to person. I think Soar does on me what Whirl does for a lot of other olives. I have very muted lips that are very cool tone

Nude Lip question

To me, nude means a shade that’s close to your skin tone. My issue is that I have a cool olive skin tone, and the natural pigment in my lips leans purple, so nude lipsticks always look orange on me. I stopped trying to make nude happen on my lips a long time ago. In saying that, I have managed to ac
