Reolink is the go-to recommendation in this sub for a reason. Their E1 or RLC-810A are solid indoor options with much better video quality and no cloud subscription required for recording. I'm using a similar setup (but with a Coral at the moment, might look to switch to iGPU after reading this thread!) - mine is 4TB but per camera at 2K resolution, 24/7 recordings + clips take 3.5GB/hr, this is with Reolink RLC-810A which I don't use their 4K mode at the moment because codec support

Question for possible setup with Scrypted and HomeKit + Reolink
