the viper v3 pro is actually very close to the viper ultimate shape - slightly different but same low profile. for small hand claw it works well. but if you want something even smaller, check Razer Cobra Pro - it's their compact wireless model. or Logitech G305 if you don't mind a battery. viper v3

I havnt used the v3 personally, but they seem to pretty close in shape and is around 20g lighter than your current mouse. The v3 has a slightly larger bump, but not as exaggerated as the superlight. I use the razer viper ultimate and i hold it with my thumb on one side and ring pinky on the other. Its way too small for my hand so my other two fingers are high up in the air as a result.
