Viper Ultimate

Honestly I'd go with a more reliable brand for something like this, like CalDigit or Anker. With the exception of my Viper Ultimate, every damn thing I've had from Razer has ended up either not working properly, breaking, developing weird issues or being reliant on their garbage software.

I had the same situation as you, my mouse got double clicking or some shits like these after a while. I spend thousands of dollars on razer products ( mice, keyboards, … ) but i regret my decision immediately! For you connection problem i suggest you replace the battery with a similar battery or hig
