Yeah their production control is unreliable asf. But most of their products feel premium. I can't justify it for the price though. I have a wireless razer orochi v2, have used it for years and abused it quite a bit and it still didnt break a sweat. I dont care if wired has slightly less latency, I enjoy every game, competitive or not. It is so convenient I cannot go back to wired.
