Orochi V2

Yeah their production control is unreliable asf. But most of their products feel premium. I can't justify it for the price though. If it was rivaling other brands in terms of price I would honestly have an all-razer setup just for the aesthetic. I've had an Ornata v2 and orochi v2 for about 2-3 year

The Razer Orochi V2 is good. It looks like your past mouse and I personally have had a good experience with razer. Another good pick is the Logitech G102. I use MMB for camera grip and whent through 4 Razer mice in ~6 years (Orochi, 2xAtheris and Orochi V2) . So definitely not Razer. I have Logitech G305 now and I'm very happy with it. But it's not been even one years since I've bought it, so can not say how long it will last.

I've used Razers and Logitechs throughout the years on Linux. Basic mice work just fine, and more fancy stuff with different settings is manageable in your distro's settings menu. I'm using a Razer Orochi V2 right now on OpenSUSE and there's the option to bind extra mouse buttons and all of that. An
