Well if you would be willing to invest into and learn to use an mmo mouse, like razer naga for example, then you’ll pretty much be able to do most content with one hand.

You can pick whatever you want, they usually work out of the box. When you want to configure something it gets more interesting. There are third party apps for major brands and you have to check what works and what not. A Razer Naga is a pretty safe bet. I have one, loaded a profile via a windows vm

Have you ever given MMO mice a try? I use the G600 and almost play one handed even having two hands. Especially with one-button mode it would be pretty easy to map movement+CD's in addition! In the case you're left handed the Razer Naga apparently makes both a right and left handed variant as well.

With your grip maybe try out the G502 Hero X. A mouse that I like for that grip is also the Razer Naga V2 Pro which is a bit outside of your price range but something to look at.

Dear OP, I own both mice. I stopped using my Razer Naga as it would randomly stop recognizing my side button customization in the middle of RPG games when I needed it the most. I switched to wired mode on the Razer Naga, but it still had the same issues. I tried different USB ports but still no dice

Would suggest a razer naga, or a different 12 key mouse if you don't already have one. Gamechanging even for two handed gaming tbh

Brotato + many more roguelikes like vampire survivors i would assume, Bloons TD 6, city skylines, any management type games like that, card games, Depending how long you will have a cast for and how much you game, could be worth looking for a used Razer Naga mouse with a lot of buttons to remap to o

if you've got a bit of cash, pick up a mouse like the Razer Naga (or alt brand mouse with a bunch of extra buttons.) Having 12 side keys gives you a lot more versatility. Irrespective, games like the Sims, and some MMOs (Star Trek Online and SWTOR are 2 that come to mind) are fully playable with jus
