Have you ever given MMO mice a try? I use the G600 and almost play one handed even having two hands. Especially with one-button mode it would be pretty easy to map movement+CD's in addition! In the case you're left handed the Razer Naga apparently makes both a right and left handed variant as well.

I loved my razer naga pro with the 6 button plate on the side. Sadly the mouse wheel broke. Luckily 5 days before end of warranty, so I could refund it. I bought the Razer naga V2 pro and this one has an annoying mouse wheel. I kind of hate it

left hand gaming mouse for MMOs. There is only one - the razer Naga, only available online through the Razer store. Expensive, and it breaks every 2 years. Last time I bought 3 in case they got discontinued.

I'd play click to move and get a mouse with 5-10 programable buttons. Back in the day I had one with 12 and could play MMOS almost entirely with one hand. Something like this can be really helpful for gaming in general: Razer Naga
