Kiyo Pro

+1 for the S3, I purchased it a few months ago and it is BY FAR THE BEST WEBCAM I HAVE USED TO DATE! It blows the pants off my previous Razer Kiyo Pro. I probably won't need another webcam for a very very long time.

If you can find an older Razer Kiyo Pro in 1080p, they're really excellent little cameras for 150 bucks. But I think those older ones have been discontinued and the new ones are 1440p and 4k, and a bit more expensive.
