Razer Kiyo stopped working
I've had four Kiyo webcams in four years, and they all ended up breaking down like that. Your webcam is simply dead. The Razer Kiyo Pro doesn't have this problem since it doesn't have an LED. But this one is bs : it systematically fails right after the warranty expires because of the heat given off
