I am most likely going to get slammed for this, but I feel your pain and wanted to share my solution after trying the GameSir. Basic games were fine with the GameSir, but for shooters I noticed a very small lag because its bluetooth. So I took a more expensive approach because it worked for me (MMV)

The Razer Kishi Ultra is about as close as it gets. Pair it with a OLED phone that can do QHD @ 120hz and you're right there.
