Razer Support Made Me Jump Through Hell, Lied to the AG, and Still Didn’t Fix Anything
Whether I used emojis or not has nothing to do with the validity of what I’m saying. The facts, timeline, and evidence are what matter, not how the post looks. My months-long nightmare with the Razer Iskur V2: repeated defects, endless replacements, no refund : r/razer

Razer Support Made Me Jump Through Hell, Lied to the AG, and Still Didn’t Fix Anything
This didn’t happen “out of the box” and it didn’t stay within a return window. I went through their support process, provided evidence, accepted replacements, and those replacements were defective too. At that point, it’s no longer a simple return, it’s a failed warranty process. And you can keep ca

The base piece under the seat had some rattle like there was a loose bits inside. Then when I went to connect the back piece, the left side gave way and broke the connect

Computer chair?!

There’s no way for you to prove that. And even if I used tools to organize information, the facts, timeline, and evidence I provided still stand on their own. My months-long nightmare with the Razer Iskur V2: repeated defects, endless replacements, no refund : r/razer

You can call it whatever you want, but that doesn’t change the situation. The issue I described is real, documented, and backed by actual evidence. My months-long nightmare with the Razer Iskur V2: repeated defects, endless replacements, no refund : r/razer
