Absolutely abhorrent Razer Warranty claim service. Want to know if others faced similar issues?

I've been using a pair of Razer BlackShark V2 X headphones since 2022, and they work perfectly—I have no complaints about them. As for mice, I've had a Razer Cobra since 2024, and after seven months of use, the scroll wheel broke; I'm still using it with a makeshift fix.
