Razer Blade 16 vs Alienware 18

For the past 15 years, I have owned nothing but Alienware. I just got the Razer Blade 15 2025. No way in heck is the Alienware gonna run cooler, not even in its bigger 18 inch chassis even when compared with the Razer Blade 16. AMD CPUs will run 20-30% cooler, I stopped taking anything you say serio

Razer Blade 18 2025 RTX 5090 feedback needed

I have had the blade 18 since September and my only 2 issues is that Windows has been awful with it and you really have to not turn off Optimus or it causes displays issues due to Razer implementing the dual resolution display. It’s big and it gets really hot. But I have had a lot of fun with it. I

Any real long term review of Razer 18? Thinking of buying

If you’ve got the cash for it, go for it. Razer laptops definitely have lower "price efficiency" in terms of performance per dollar, but nonetheless, they are fucking great. They’re super premium machines with insane performance, especially the 18" versions. Just make sure to stress-test everything

Razer Blade 18 2025 RTX 5090 feedback needed

I have the 2025 RB 18 with 5080 since last May and used it mostly for work at home and had 2 system related BSOD in the last one year. One of the most reliable laptops I have owned. Never once crashed while heavy gaming on highest graphics setting like Doom: The Dark Ages with Path Tracing and now B

Razer laptop cooling pad for Razer Blade 18

i’ve used the razer cooling pad with a blade 18 and hyper boost works through synapse - just make sure both devices are updated. you can enable it in the performance module under custom mode. honestly the pad itself helps a lot even without hyper boost. Razer Laptop Cooling Pad is worth it for the t

Considering Buying the Razer Blade 18

By chance, could you have downloaded updates from windows or downloaded rtx drivers from the Nvidia app that came with the laptop (or like, anything that's not from the synapse)? I've recently gotten a blade 18 2025 model with the rtx 5080, and I've realised that whenever i updated windows, the opti

After the “Year of Playability” 2025 … I’m honestly disappointed

I do! I have the worst laptop to technically be running Linux ! I have a razer blade 18 4090 i9 14800 hx or so 48 gigs or ram ddr5 As many know Razer blades have proprietary software that only works on windows. I found software that does everything I need like synapse for Linux, and I am on Zorin OS

As a everyday user What can you actually do with a macbook over windows?

I've never needed to change any settings and install drivers on my razer blade 18. What's with Mac users thoughts about windows?. My apps open instantly, and I dont even have a single gig of ram used out of my 64 total. Stop using shitass dell laptops and only buy ROG, Razer, and Msi Titans.

Anyone received their Razer Blade 18" 2024 yet? Please check for this screen issue first!

Hello! I currently own a 2024 blade 18" , so I might be a little late. Besides the fact that I'm loving the machine, I did also find similar issues to be annoying. The fact is that Razer's Full Array Local Dimming firmware ASSUMES HDR color formats and scale, making SDR content look like crap. This i
