Is Razer actually good?

The only gaming stuff I buy, all my Razer mice have lasted years of beatings. Have a DeathAdder v3, Razer 18 gaming laptop, everything running good so far.

Since Razer has many, many, many, many, many, many, many, many, many, many, many instances of poor quality, why even buy from them?

The Razer Blades are historically known to have extremely varying mileages. Although last year's models seemed to be a huge improvement over the previous ones. The Blade 18 looked like the perfect laptop beast to me except for the mini-led screen. Other products such as mice or keyboards are their b

Razer 18 RTX 5080. Any issues?

The Blade 18 is a complete redesign. For one, the 2025 Razer Blade 18 utilizes a different thermal interface material than previous models. While older versions used traditional "generic" thermal paste, the 2025 Razer Blade 18 switched to a specialized phase-change material (PCM). Key Thermal Differ

Razer Blade 16 vs Alienware 18

For the past 15 years, I have owned nothing but Alienware. I just got the Razer Blade 15 2025. No way in heck is the Alienware gonna run cooler, not even in its bigger 18 inch chassis even when compared with the Razer Blade 16. AMD CPUs will run 20-30% cooler, I stopped taking anything you say serio

Razer Blade 18 2025 RTX 5090 feedback needed

I have had the blade 18 since September and my only 2 issues is that Windows has been awful with it and you really have to not turn off Optimus or it causes displays issues due to Razer implementing the dual resolution display. It’s big and it gets really hot. But I have had a lot of fun with it. I

Any real long term review of Razer 18? Thinking of buying

If you’ve got the cash for it, go for it. Razer laptops definitely have lower "price efficiency" in terms of performance per dollar, but nonetheless, they are fucking great. They’re super premium machines with insane performance, especially the 18" versions. Just make sure to stress-test everything

RAZER 18 4090 STRAIGHT GARBOOOOO

Same issue, ran for a year or so then began overheating more and more, to the point where it shuts down if I even open a game. Repasting didn’t fix anything. It seems like the vapor chamber in the heatsink has a defect that causes it to break from normal use. I strongly recommend that people who can

Razer Blade 18 + Thunderbolt 5 dock: is dock power delivery enough or do I still need the original charger?

Hey, I do have the razer blade 18 2023 (all maxed out) I use the Razer thunderbolt 4 Dock And it is not enough, at least with Synapse 3 the program said that the power delivery wasn’t enough. And I was using some of the battery. And because of that the laptop wasn’t able to utilize its full 100% pow

Experiences with the top of the line Blade 16 before purchase?

You sacrifice a lot going clean and neat, I promise. They look great and portable but having such a small chassis really hinders the whole point of buying one for the hardware they’ve crammed into it. I’ve read the 18” handles it better but I’ve had the 2024 Blade 16 with the 4090 for a while and wo
