Might be a driver issue, sometimes some drivers worked badly with my razer blade 18 4090 causing issue like stuttering, or artifacting and i had to roll down or upgrade to more recent drivers, and i even stress tested it to make sure it’s not a hardware issue, it scared me to hell a few times
