Any real long term review of Razer 18? Thinking of buying

If you’ve got the cash for it, go for it. Razer laptops definitely have lower "price efficiency" in terms of performance per dollar, but nonetheless, they are fucking great. They’re super premium machines with insane performance, especially the 18" versions. Just make sure to stress-test everything

I am considering buying a Razer Blade 18 2024

I own a 2024 Razer Blade 18, 4090, i9 14900HX, 4TB, 64GB ram, with a 200Hz 4K UHD screen. It’s a beast. 967hrs on it so far. It is durable, polished, thin but heavy, premium aesthetics overall. Great screen (the best) and awesome sound. Loud fans (as expected), only true use is as a desktop replacem

I was seriously thinking of buying a RAZER laptop until….

I am in Australia, and I will share my experience. I bought my first Razer Blade 18 (2023) on Amazon. I noticed a scratch on the edge of the screen, so I contacted Razer, and they assisted me in exchanging it for another unit. After receiving the replacement, I used it for three months and then noti

2026 G14/G16 Release date & pricing?

I still suggest probably considering razer wisely I had a blade 18 5090 and after sales service are horrible and I finally re sale it. The system got bugs and don’t expect too high on them. I just purchased duo 16 in China cuz they don’t have 64g ram in US😭😭😭

I was seriously thinking of buying a RAZER laptop until….

the reviews certainly kept me away from buying a razer blade. My finalist was Razer blade 18 vs Alienware 18 ( i need 64gb rem for my work). My previous Zephyrus had a lot issues i really don't want deal with those again. I'm sure most of their laptops are fine but the amount of complain you see onl

Considering Buying the Razer Blade 18

I bought the 2023 blade 18. After about 18 months the hinges started to wobble. Razer wouldn’t sell me another set of hinges. They quoted me 300 to replace the hinges if I sent it in. I offered to pay the 300 and just send me the hinges. Still wouldn’t do it. Ended up buying a used display panel off

PSA/Megathread: Razer Blade 16/18 Vapor Chamber Failures; Manufacturing Defect

I bought a second hand razer blade 18 from a scummy ebay seller who just said that it gets hot. Opened it up and found that they had shoehorned a razer blade 17 heatsink into it(mounting holes are different so it doesn't work). They must've had this problem and just passed the problem on. Razer not

Razer 4090 18 inch 2024

I have a 2023 blade 18 4090, the hinges began to wobble after about 18 months, Razer wouldn't sell me the hinges, i ended up finding an entire display on ebay that had good hinges. I don't think I would buy another Razer.

Ummm? New blade?

Literally bought a blade 18 2025. Owned a full peripheral set several years ago. For me, all the downsides of razer are tolerable. Especially after they approved a free replacement of a strider mat that i possibly broke myself. I have enough of an income to swap anything in my set every 1.5-2 years
