Is the Blade 18 good for me?

The Blade 18 sounds like a great fit for your needs. If you're running multiple Adobe Creative Cloud apps, recording your drawing process, and gaming, you'll definitely benefit from the extra performance. The only things I'd consider are the weight, battery life, and price. If you don't mind carryin

Why I stopped buying Razer products: They are total scams

I have apparently had much better luck than many with my Razer laptops - never had any issues with my older Blade 17 or this 3-year-old Blade 18. And I've been using the 18 outside in Phoenix heat in the summer for several years - no battery bloat or other hardware issues; though the battery max cap

Any real long term review of Razer 18? Thinking of buying

If you’ve got the cash for it, go for it. Razer laptops definitely have lower "price efficiency" in terms of performance per dollar, but nonetheless, they are fucking great. They’re super premium machines with insane performance, especially the 18" versions. Just make sure to stress-test everything

Ordered it, should be here Monday -- 2026 blade 16, 5090, 64 g, intel 9 386h

Ah, got it. I travel with my Blade 18 and MBP 16" (sometimes together) so I guess I'm used to the weight/size but I can see how the new Blade is an upgrade over your old one. You'll have to give us an update on the battery life when you get it. Keep this configuration in mind! lol - Results per Raze

I am considering buying a Razer Blade 18 2024

I own a 2024 Razer Blade 18, 4090, i9 14900HX, 4TB, 64GB ram, with a 200Hz 4K UHD screen. It’s a beast. 967hrs on it so far. It is durable, polished, thin but heavy, premium aesthetics overall. Great screen (the best) and awesome sound. Loud fans (as expected), only true use is as a desktop replacem

Considering Buying the Razer Blade 18

My Razer Blade 18 5090 is 7 months old. Cooling is not an issue with the 2025 variant at all. The performance is very good. In balanced mode, the new Blade 18 remains relatively quiet and has decent battery (for gaming laptop). Unlike Blade 16 you don't need a cooling pad for it. I upgraded mine fro

Razor Blade 14 is now a paperweight

I've owned multiple razer blades over the past 7 or 8 years ranging from baseline 15 models to the professional 18 OLED models, I've yanked the charger out on accident, tripped over the cord, etc. They've been abused and the only issue they had was I had to replace a battery on the oldest or replace

Since Razer has many, many, many, many, many, many, many, many, many, many, many instances of poor quality, why even buy from them?

I've bought a Blade 17 and 18 that had zero issues. My blade 17 2022 still has its original battery without bloating and holds a good charge at 89% health. I do use Razer's battery protection which charges it to a max of 80%. It did come with the newer BYD battery that seems to not bloat though from

laptop suggestions

Get used to mac. It's a UNIX based system. Or deal with windows updates, worse screen, worse battery and arguably worse performance when unplugged. Anyone with a apple device will agree that for work, Macs are just superior. But you won't beat the GPU proposition of a macbook air at 80K with a dumpy
