#OnlyAtRazer Razer is so goated!!!

Personally I have pretty good experience with Razer Warranty as well. When my Basilisk V3 Pro is having some random issue with the scroll wheel mode switching being inconsistent (Ain't even that big of a problem), they ask me to cut the cable and just send me a new one (V3 Pro is wireless) Still usi

[US] Razer HyperFlux V2 Never In Stock

Thank you for doing the Lord’s work and finding this out for us… I am feeling enraged! I spent whatever it was like $300 on the original hyperflux + mamba setup when it came out, and I loved it for about three years until it started having all of its issues that everyone else had a lot earlier with

Is this normal for a hard left-click on the Basilisk V3? does anyone else have this?

I hope this comment helps people reading it in future but I got a brand new Basilisk V3, there was this exact problem. Opened a ticket on Razer support and it is indeed a defect according to their response. So if you got one with this hard sound issue when releasing clicks, you can get it replaced.

I'm done with Razer

Same thing with me... Issues with Nari Ultimate microphone, bought another (used) one, same thing,... Basilisk V3 Pro changes DPI randomly... BlackWidow Chroma locks random keys... Problem resolution, because official support is useless? Simply, uninstalled all Razer based software and, voila, every
