Yeah it's terrible. It's the oil from your hands -- I have the same problem and am constantly washing my hands. The oil just can't be helped though. So yeah, either black one or grip tape. I've got white grip tape over both rubber sides so I've still got the white aesthetic AND... the grip tape does

I have the same mouse, Viper V3 Pro ( also have the Razer Basilisk V3 Pro 35k Wireless ) and it's working 100%, haven't had a single problem with it since I bought it approx 2 years ago. Used daily for about 8-10 hours per day. Just to troubleshoot this issue, have you tried updating the firmware?

It's funny, I used to be an all Logitech guy. Keyboards, mice, webcam, even bought their keyboard folio case for my iPad over Apple's "magic" one. The folio honestly held up really well. But everything else has been a disappointment. Mice start double clicking within 6 months and the trick to revita

So, this is happening to me too, and has been for a while. Of note: it only happens on every second scroll notch. If I arbitrarily label the notches starting at 1, then notch 1 will work normally, notch 2 will cause this problem when I lift and set down the mouse, notch 3 will work normally, notch 4

my basilisk v3 pro, which I bought 3 years ago at most (not sure) has had the middle mouse button just randomly decide when to work and when not to work and it has become an extremely inconsistent input method. Even my Blackwidow V4 pro that I bought new in August 2024 has several keys that either d

I'm torn between this one and the Logitech G502 Hero. To be honest, I don't know which one to buy, since the G502 can have double-click issues and the Basilisk V3 (which I'm leaning toward) can have scroll issues. Right now, they're the same price, so that's not a problem. I have a Razer Cobra that

All my peripherals are Razer, mainly so I don’t have to install multiple control software from different brands. It’s the kind of thing I wouldn’t worry about at all. A higher polling rate is just a gimmick that tends to cause issues. I switched from a Razer Basilisk Ultimate Hyperspeed to a Basilis

Thanks for confirming. I ended up with the regular Basilisk V3 Pro (was half the price compared to the 35K in my country…) and I had the same issue. It turns out Synapse 4 is the problem. The toggle there is bugged. It says Windows Dynamic Lighting is on, but you can’t control the mouse like you sai

Not the same mouse and the same problem, but Basilisk V3 here. The scroll wheel clicks don't get always registered, ruining gaming completely for me. But... it is the 4th mouse in 1 year and 8 months this happens now...Fun to see there is absolutely 0 quality assurance. But yeah, issues like that se
