Logitech has convinced me to return to Razer

ngl logitech's support has gone downhill lately. the vibrating shell thing on the superlight 2 is a known qc issue they won't admit. for razer, the v4 pro is solid but if you liked the basilisk v3 pro before, the basilisk v3 pro 35k is still the better ergo shape for palm or relaxed claw. v4 pro is

Every Razer product i've owned has stopped working almost immediately. Is it normal or should I never go to Vegas?

I have only owned 2 Razer mice, I used the Basilisk X Hyperspeed for 3-4 years and I got the Basilisk V3 Pro 35k this year because the Hyperspeed scroll wheel doesn't feel smooth any more. The Hyperspeed mouse was used hard, probably 10 hours of use, 3-4 hours of it gaming, every day for 3-4 years I

Mostly great products, terrible Logi Support

Keychron M6 came up as a replacement in my searches as well. I just loved the premium feel of Logi products as I type using an MX keys right now! I read some reviews and the feel differs given the lighter weight of M6. M7 is also out now, I dont know how easy it is to use their horizontal scroll. Th

Looking to change to a Razer mouse, any suggestions?

I have this mouse and have been very satisfied with it, I have only had it about 6 months so far but it has been great so far. https://www.razer.com/gaming-mice/razer-basilisk-v3-pro-35k?srsltid=AfmBOorJCSU0ccVIwK7202QkhxrG3PSGiA_RfH8ykRjEAagJfQY1qMVj

Which company has lost you as a customer forever?

The MX Keys S keyboard is amazing. I get hate for saying that I bought a Razer Basilisk V3 Pro 35K over the G50 x lightspeed mouse

MX master 3s alternatives

Got my self a Razer Basilisk V3 Pro 35K, after my mx master 3s' left click gave up and its surface became sticky. Very happy with it so far, works perfectly on mac. Do not get the white version, as it suffers from the same yellowing issue as mx master.

Does hard mouse pads wear down mouse feet noticeably faster than soft mouse pads?

Hard pads do tend to wear feet faster, ngl, but your usage sounds pretty low-risk compared with someone doing big fast swipes for shooters every day. When I hit this choice, I stopped thinking of mouse feet as permanent parts and treated them like cheap wear items. If you want the hard surface, the

Went from Basilisk 35k —> viper v4 pro and not liking it. Any help?

First of all - You will not be Gear-capped by using a Basilisk v3 Pro 35K for FPS games. Being used to a mouse and having precise muscle memory is way more important than just having the newest/lightest mouse. Changing your grip style will have a major impact on your ability to aim and track targets
