I have a Razer basilisk v3 pro 35k, love it when it works. But it’s so finicky on when it charges. Will leave it on wireless dock overnight, nada. Then charging it via USB-C cable does nothing. I’ve had it for less than a year.

Yep, they refuse to replace my Basilisk V3 Pro 35K because I bought it from a 3rd party instead of from Amazon directly. Their quality has been going down for a while now. Razer is now providing another one time exception and replacing the mouse

It does have infinite scroll with auto engage depending on a set travel It's not as smooth as Logi's, but can't complain and coming after almost 7 years of MX3. Same issue for me, openrazer installed via ujust, installed with Polychromatic. Polychromatic sees my Razer Blackwidow V4 75% and allows me to adjust stuff. It shows the Razer Basilisk V3 Pro 35k and the Razer Firefly V2 Pro but it just says to Finish setting up OpenRazer (V3.11.0) to use this devic
