Backpacks with back air gap?
Yeah, it does - great backpack for the price! My partner just upgraded from this to Rab Syclon, mainly because it’s waterproof, and more comfortable. But that’s 4-5x the price of Decathlon one.

Help me improve my setup
Either way, if you want to change your backpack and/or sleeping bag soon, I´d recommend the following as good value picks, that don´t break the bank. Rab Syclone XP 40 or Muon(which is heavier) as backpacks and a Apex quilt (something like 133 for spring and summer) from Hyberg, Gramxpert or liteway
