Hitscan hyperlight and atk f1 are the safest bets. It does feel a bit bigger but still great small shapes. Pwnage trinity is a 1 to 1 viper mini clone, but the QC is terrible; clicks feel awful, creaking everywhere. Weight balancing is noticeably off if you grip in the middle.

Price range? For cheap I would say Model O minus it’s usually on sale on Amazon for about $25-30. I don’t know any medium price range mice for small hands. Expensive I would say Endgame Gear XM2we or a Pwnage stormbreaker/trinity (Pwnage mice can’t drag click well but they can butterfly super well)
