I read one thread about public wifi risks and now I can't stop thinking about it at coffee shops
Every time I use public wifi, I simply use a VPN, but the free ones are usually terrible. Last Black Friday, I purchased one for about $1.70 a month. Since Black Friday is coming up and practically everyone has some campaigns, get a VPN service so you won't have to worry about it. PureVPN works well

Channels taking very long to open
Tried a VPN? Sometimes, the connection between the VPN and the streaming server is better than between you and the streaming server. For example, Pakistan to Netherlands is giving me 220ms (it's typically around 150ms). Pakistan to UAE is 40ms, UAE to Netherlands is around 120ms, so I have this UAE

Looking for the best VPN deal for 2026, any recommendations?
The good: Proton: It's the best bet for the streaming + privacy combo. Speeds are rock solid, Swiss-based, and it actually unblocks Netflix consistently. I snagged their current promo and haven't looked back. Mullvad: The absolute gold standard for pure anonymity. BUT it completely sucks for streami

One coding error just gave hackers the master key to 40,000 servers
I’ve been using PureVPN for a bit now, and honestly it’s kinda underrated. Works well for streaming, and I haven’t really run into any major issues so far.

"kaspersky plus" is not covering "unlimited vpn"
Kaspersky just changed VPN providers they were using Hotspot shield VPN Servers but I guess their contract with Hotspot ended.... They have signed a new contract with PureVPN and are currently RE-Developing the software .... That means you have to download the newest latest version from the Kaspersk

Moving to China - Need email and VPN
I used to use Ivacy VPN. It worked perfectly in mainland China (Beijing) because there were VPN servers hosted in mainland China and Hong Kong. The company was acquired by PureVPN a couple of years ago, but you can still choose a VPN server hosted in China. I don't know the company's background, but

which vpn is trustworthy from an actual security standpoint not just marketing
My 'PureVPN' is expiring later this year. I got a 5 year plan back in 2021, during COVID, when it was IVACY TBH I hardly ever use it, and find it slow and clunky even . Looking to upgrade, in Australia.

Wireguard mit PureVPN
Those Wireguard config files will allow only 15 minutes of connection, 24 hours maximum if you do/request I don't remember what. Basically, if you want to have PureVPN always active, you need to use their app/client. In any case, change VPN Provider, PureVPN does not have a great reputation

is someone using pureVPN?
Late to the party but they are one of the worst providers. Speeds are terrible, stability is poor and once you've paid them it's game over. I now have a PureVPN account and one through Proton who I moved back to after leaving PureVPN. In summary you are better off using RFC-1149 for secure and fast

PureVPN - Just Can't Get It To Work
PureVPN gave me so many issues with gluetun. I got it to work, then it would randomly drop connection and Id have to restart gluetun and wait for like 15 minutes until it decided to work again. I switched to PIA, have had 0 issues. Annoys me since I have a 3 year subscription to PureVPN.
