I am not sure for your first issue as I do not own a MMU but I own a 5H XL which runs the same firmware obviously... I really hope the U1 works as well as the early reviewers have said. My Prusa XL works flawlessly as a toolchanger - I just have too many jams in the hot end. I just purchased a complete spare head for the Prusa - about $400, or more than a CC and half the price of the U1.
