The IBKR App works on my Smart Mobile Data and PLDT Home Fiber. The web is blocked by PLDT, but can be accessed by a simple DNS Change. Tried both ExpressVPN and ProtonVPN, both work naman web and app.

Most anything recent which supports openwrt, then get a Proton VPN subscription and enable it on the router with nat-pmp enabled in the proton profile. I would probably go with a Flint 2 for one of the more future proof option.

I use ProtonVPN in Fedora all the time with wireguard, and have had zero issues. You've provided zero information about your setup or even the error, so I'm not sure how you expect to get help. If you posted this same vague problem into chatgpt, its no surprise that it didn't help. No one can help y
