The IBKR App works on my Smart Mobile Data and PLDT Home Fiber. The web is blocked by PLDT, but can be accessed by a simple DNS Change. Tried both ExpressVPN and ProtonVPN, both work naman web and app.

Most anything recent which supports openwrt, then get a Proton VPN subscription and enable it on the router with nat-pmp enabled in the proton profile. I would probably go with a Flint 2 for one of the more future proof option.
