Is it safe to use Proton VPN to evade the age verification Australian users have to do?
A lot of people have been getting terminated/banned from tumblr for no reason lately. I saw many of them say in r/TumblrAcctTerminated that most of them had thier vpn's on when they got banned. The tech support in tumblr is obviously pretty bad so it's not even guaranteed that you will get your blog

For the people de-Googling themselves over to Proton, are you just jumping from one ecosystem to the next? What happens when Proton becomes Big Tech in Europe? Do you jump ship again to something else?
I won't be putting all my eggs in one basket again after google. I self host, use FOSS apps and spread out everything else.
