Job is not giving me many options ($150 Budget)
Proto arc Ec200 looks good but might not have the aggressive lumbar that OP wants. But would be my pick. Had a Ticova, it has good headrest, back is fine with nice lumbar adjustment, but seat is thin and tall arms.
