Same, since yesterday PIA has almost all the servers at 260ms. Without their vpn I have 12-26ms of pin, even the firefox vpn doen't increase my latency so high. The speed it's average on PiA 330-370mb/s.

This happens to me after upgrading from Windows 11 build 23H2 to either 24 or 25H2. Super slow VPN speeds. Re-installed PIA no difference, installed and tested Proton VPN, no difference. Rolled back to 23H2, no issues back to normal speeds.

It's not that pia consumes bandwidth, it's that pia is a bottleneck. Your direct connection is fine, more than fine, but if you then route all your traffic via pia, they clearly have a hard limit.
