My humble home studio/office. Any advice?
Those are good suggestions! Will definitely take a look at the lamp and into adding some cactii or something (I'm very bad at plant-keeping hehe) As another comment mentioned, they're indeed PreSonus Eris 3.5. Very basic but they sound great in a small room like mine and they're far better for mixin

Adding sub to flx4?
I can recommend the Eris Sub8 BT as an option. Should match up pretty well to your DM40s with the HPF engaged and set to 70Hz.
