since 2 or 3 weeks, the battery of my charging case (Voyager 5200 UC) is self draining during the night (if the headset is stored).

Steps to reproduce :

• Charge both charging case and headset (wire connected to the computer).
• Remove the cable
• Leave the headset powered off into the charging c

The base for my focus uc1 charges without issue and has been great but the 5200 I got came with a deskphone set up with a little charging cradle but it's almost like the 5200 isn't heavy enough to make proper contact with the charging p

Recently I started getting lot of connection issues with BT700 connector and Voyager 5200 UC. I suspect it was recent updates to charging case and 5200 that led to issues.

I recently got a Poly Voyager 5200 series bluetooth headset, but it's not charging past 75%.

Has anyone else encountered this issue?

All firmware is up to date.

Every time I plug my case in to charge it stops working until I plug it in to my computer were it tells me it's gone in to Recovery Mode. After taking a few mins to recover it, it works fine again until the next time I charge it. Very frustrating!
