Voyager 5200

I’ve been looking for a solution to my Bluetooth issues with my iPhone 16 Pro since day 0.
I’m using a Poly Voyager 5200 UC headset, and calls are constantly experiencing glitches or noise or problems like my iPhone is not connecting automaticaly after turn back to the office.
