Any modern displays as white as the Kindle Voyage?

I don't have a Voyage, but the Viwoods Aipaper (the big one) and the Penstar eNote have the whitest screens available. The Penstar accomplishes this by not having a touch screen, which removes a layer of visual interference: you have to use the stylus or the buttons (there are a lot of them) to navi

Which e-ink tablet for notes that I can sync to my laptop? Or iPad Mini?

I would suggest the Penstar eNote Pro. It's a great color eInk device. It supports OneNote note syncing. You can check it out to see if it fits your needs.

Highest contrast eink on the market?

Viwoods Aipaper and Penstar eNote have the whitest screens. Penstar doesn't have a touchscreen, you have to use a stylus and button to navigate. They are still light grey, no genuinely white e-ink screen exists.

Recommendation for reading/studying

Take a look at the Penstar eNote 2. It is a B/W device with a super white screen. It is also a pen-only device, so it takes a little time to get used to it, but it's very good once you do. In terms of the writing experience, I'd say it's about 90% as good as writing on paper, which is very good. I c

[Advice] Help me to find a device that is good to take notes

It depends on how large of a screen you want. I also need to take notes, and I prefer the 10.3-inch screen because I think it's the perfect size for taking notes. I currently use the Penstar eNote 2 for taking notes. One thing I like is the split-screen feature. I can read documents or books and tak

Some comments on the V.3.8.4 update

The Penstar eNote is a first gen e-ink tablet that is a year or two older than the Viwoods. It had been in China for a while under the Hanvon name, before being brought to the ret of the world under the Penstar branding. What makes it unique is the fact it has no touch layer or backlight. All screen

Recommendations for E Ink devices for sketching and drawing.

I recently bought the Penstar eNote Pro for my girlfriend. She is an art major, so I bought her a tablet for drawing and designing. I think it has very nice color performance, and she thinks so too. I'll borrow her tablet for a couple of days and might post a review later.

Which e-ink device should I get?

Check out the Penstar eNote 2. It has one of the crispest B&W screens and everything you need to start is there in the box and you'll have some change left over. Penstar is a relative newcomers and while their notes and reading apps cover the basics and have some nice extras as well, you can see how

Lifecycle of color e ink

I just got a Penstar eNote Pro three months ago, which also has a color eInk display. I haven't had any problems yet, but I'm not sure if the color panel will break. I assume that as long as I don't drop it, it should be fine for a couple of years.

Thinking about getting a Penstar eNote 2 🤔

Used the eNote 2 for a month before switching to the eNote Pro. I loved using the eNote 2, but I need the colour for highlighting and differentiating the colour of my pens. Now, it's my main note-taking device for uni. The lack of touch is because they removed the touch panel to make the screen as t
