Lumix S1iie vs S5iix

I just, (as of yesterday,) purchased the S5IIX directly from Panasonic. It is currently on sale for about $2100 for the kit with the 20-60mm lens. I used the welcome 10% off email on top of the sale that is already going on, and to my surprise, the 10% came off the original price and not the discoun

Panasonic S1IIE for 2000€ good deal for video and photo work?

I have yet to buy this camera, but from what I can tell, everyone is sleeping on it pretty hard. The narrative is that it’s an S5II with all the new features and upgrades of the S1RII/S1II, like false color, internal RAW, cripples stabilization, and the new body design. So does the S1ii overheat? Whats the deal?

i don't do weddings either so my main concern is can it shoot 25p max res. i use blackmagic though for that stuff. i do sort of wish lumix would embrace a video style body as most of their pro users are video focused(not that pro photographers dont exist but ive never seen one, one or two leica l mo

S1iie Overheating Test

I'm not saying the S5iiX is better than the S1iiE. As they say; it's all about the Benjamin's., I paid $1897.00 for the S5iix and Panasonic S 85mm f/1.8 at B&H. I'm very happy with the camera and lens at that price point. I did say money spent VS performance. The S1iiE with the 85mm is $2945.00 at B
