Not sure how you think the S9 has better low light performance than the other two. They're all in the same ballpark. Don't buy into the myth about megapixels. Would you still choose Lumix if starting today?
I have both Sony and Lumix setups. Long term I'm going to invest in L mount. I am primarily a video shooter. Blackmagic going with L mount is what made me decide that L mount was way to go. In addition Sigma lenses are native on L mount vs third party on Sony. So you can use teleconverters on sigma
