GH5s. No stabe if that's important. The GH6 is a beast of a camera. The major thing people complain about is the autofocus not being PDAF. But, compared to the GH5... it's amazing. People love the colors. There's also a streaking issue that every video I've ever seen the people admit they don't see

Lumix has heightened reds but I've not seen that effect skin tones in GH4 and GH5s. The best skin tones I've ever seen right out of the camera are from Lumix.

S5IIx, S1 II, GH7 - all fantastic. If you’re already invested in MFT glass rent a GH7 before you leave that ecosystem. Worth considering getting an FF Lumix to nicely colour match video with your GH5s (I use an S5IIx, S5, and GH5II on lots of shoots, the GH5 is a dedicated B/C video cam).
