Weather sealed alternative to my GX85?
E-M5 III, OM-5 on the olympus side for something similarly sized but pricier G85 on the Lumix/Panasonic side; similar price but bulkier. https://camerasize.com/compact/#673,835,689,ha,f

What body to get next?
G9 is the cheapest camera I could tolerate for video but you have to use Lumix lenses or the autofocus will suck. If I had mostly OM lenses an OM3 would be the cheapest video camera I would want to use. G9II is objectively the best value MFT video camera. But if you’re using Olympus lenses on it the

Best indoor lens for the Lumix G85?
Ok so I am a former G85 owner. Loved them until they both died. The lens in question is phenomenal. But I have questions. Assuming you are buying used for budget reasons. Why not a newer model of panasonic? Or slight upgrade like a used GH5 or GH6? The lens is also standard with the new G7 so it's p

Olympus 40-150mm to Lumix 45-200mm
The body is a Panasonic G85. After thoroughly reading reviews and listening to users here, I decided against it. At this point its strictly a budget hobby for me, I may or may not ever buy a new lens. But I'll keep my options open if the price is right.

Giving away 12-45F4 and 40-150F4 for 12-100 F4?
One of the problems I've noticed is specifically with my Lumix gear. G85 and g9. Even with the pro lenses, I can't get a sharp shot below about 1/30th of a second with the Dual is and the F 2.8 Pro lenses. I could shoot the exact same shot at even longer focal lengths at 1/5 of a second on my Olympu

Sports photography - go deep in the MFT-world or start fresh?
I'm going to be real honest with you here. I have g85, 95, g9. I also have em 1.1, 1.2, and 1.3. I have all the F 2.8 Pro zoom lenses from both manufacturers., and the pl 12-60F2.8/4. I also have Canon rp, r10, and R6, and a number of Canon RF L and kit lenses. For very unpredictable action, the r10

Why did you chose Nikon ?
I had just 700€, and my options were Z30, Sony ZV 10 and Panasonic G85 After a lot of research I concluded that the Z30 had the best color science between Sony and Nikon and the best technology against the Lumix, plus I have a P900 and like the brand Maybe I could have bought a better used camera, b

Panasonic just announced firmware 1.2 for the S1II, S1RII, and firmware 1.3 for the S1IIe. We already put it to the test.
You can turn off autofocus and the result would be the same. And the S5ii also has PDAF and wouldn’t overheat in the same conditions. There is no argument or excuse for this. I’m 27 years old. I’m not some “old school shooter”. I shoot hybrid weddings both photo and video which is specifically why I
