Ring Gen3 Horizon

I tried sizes of oura ring 3 and it was a 7 but ordered a set to try out oura 4 and for the same finger it was now size 8, and I tried to follow YouTube recommendations as to that it should not be too tight, there are videos on how to test it.

So far I've lost and then found my Oura ring 3 times. Once while mowing, once while washing the car and once down the garbage disposal while cooking. Get it wet or sweaty and it slips off unnoticed. Never lost my wedding ring once in 25 years. I'm thinking of setting it behind my wedding ring.

Just got the ring (Gen3 Horizon) and I am wondering if my experience till now is as expected and I don't do anything wrong.

1. No detailed Oura sleep data synced with Apple Health (f.e. no REM, Core time details etc.)
2. No workouts logged in Oura synced to AH
3. Overall activity synced as calories, but no
