Same, I have an Oura ring and it takes my BBT automatically and I do rely on it heavily. I always see my temp drop right before my period so I trust that it’s accurate

Oura ring is generally considered the best for this last I heard. You can pair that with Natural Cycles (an app) and it will track when you are most fertile / ovulating etc. I believe the temperature tracker is more sensitive on Oura, it used to be the only wearable that would pair with Natural Cycl

If you are not ovulating, I’d push for medicated cycles and a fertility specialist earlier. Progesterone will not help with ovulation, just inducing a period. 6 months is a long time to wait around in hopes of ovulating.
