Ok so my oura ring is tripping then. What do you use to track steps?

I did, but I wouldn't recommend it if you are only going to use it for TTC, pregnancy, and PP. It was interesting to see the data during pregnancy. But it wasn't helpful. I didn't think it was worth the price. All it did during pregnancy and postpartum was tell me what I already knew: I slept terrib

They aren’t accurate though. They use actigraphy and noise detection which don’t perform sleep staging well. Come to think of it, even PSG and Oura Ring don’t detect N1 sleep with high accuracy either

For what it's worth, I specifically took OFF my Oura ring while pregnant because it was stressing me out. Your metrics do weird stuff during pregnancy (resting heart rate goes bananas, HRV crazy, sleep plummets, etc.) and both my Oura ring and Garmin watch were fairly certain I was dying every singl

I regularly use an Apple Watch which I know isn’t on your list— but the Oura ring didn’t catch my sleeping issues where my heart rate spikes while sleeping. It’s not 100% caused by POTS supposedly but I think the Oura doesn’t measure my heart rate as frequently as other devices might, so you might w
