I live and die by the Oura Ring. Just upgraded from the 4 to the 5. No regrets. I simply cannot wear a wrist band to sleep. No matter how comfy the strap is, I can't fall asleep with it.

I just canceled on first delay and got oura 5, was really crazy how small it is when I was used to oldest more bulky rings , at least for me totally worth it

Oura ring is for sure the best reliable option so far in my opinion , expensive but delivers with Gen 5 being so slim and comfortable, if you can't afford get a Gen 3 or 4 that have great discounts these days and do the same , it has a subscription but now even added blood pressure insights and all
