hey hails… you do know.. your oura ring does that already by itself!!! you don’t have to pay for the natural cycle app!!! because my ring has accurately predicted my period the last three months as well! Sorry I’m not paying for another half when my brain can do the same thing!

Black Friday, small business Saturday, cyber Monday
I bought some things I’ve been keeping on my “want list” for a while. Basically I keep a note in my phone and every time I want something I write it down instead of buying right away. If I think about wanting this item again I go back and put an extra emoji on it so I know it’s something I’ve though

RingConn Gen 2 or Oura Ring 4????
Looking for some insight preferably from someone who has tried both or has done extensive research. First of all, I prefer the more sleek look of the RC but I could overlook that if the difference in features is significant. I am not a fitness person so this is not super important to me. I know that

6 weeks sober today
I bought myself something nice with the money I saved! It's an Oura ring for tracking my new bountiful amounts of sleep.

Oura Ring for Period Tracking
i dont have an oura but i track with a different app and honestly just logging symptoms + basal temp consistently for a couple months taught me more about my cycle than anything else. the ring is cool for the temp tracking part but you dont strictly need it, a cheap bbt thermometer does the same thi

NFP Inquiry
I’m a fan of the Oura ring + Natural Cycles just for the graph/data, but be warned that Natural Cycles’s predictions are not great. The Oura ring also connects with Fertility Friend, which is cheaper and better (but less aesthetic). I’ve heard that Marquette is best postpartum though, so good luck.

RingConn vs Oura Ring — are they basically the same? Which one is actually worth buying?
There were a few things that sold RingConn for me: Cheaper No subscription Less bulky Sleep apnea monitoring (can get the Gen 2 Air if that isn’t important to you) Not a fan of Oura’s partnership with Palantir/Department of Defense

What actually helps with constant baseline stress?
I recently got an Oura ring to monitor my sleep. It’s not cheap but it’s been really interesting to see some of my sleep patterns and track what triggers poor sleep. I’ve been focusing on sleep hygiene and fixing my sleep which has really helped with my day to day stress. I’ve also been using CBN/CB

Off-Topic Tuesday
I only noticed the pattern once I started tracking my period with a wearable device thing (I use an oura ring, factoring in the price, it's good not great). I noticed that it was always round day 18ish I'd be more tired, and day 24ish is when the rsd hits like the Incredible Hulk (I literally give m

Difficulty with sex TTC
I'm in the UK and use oura ring gen3 with natural cycles. I have been using for about 6 months and they have been great for timing and confirming ovulation through bbt. It's a high cost up front (£250 for oura plus £6 monthly subscription fee and £80 for NC annual subscription). I bought a ring size
