Rolled out $400/month wellness stipend, what people actually used it for
Very generous. We give $600 per year, direct reimbursement. I used mine for an Oura ring and subscription. I’ve seen people use it for health tech like that, Fitbit or Apple Watch, sports equipment like skis or bikes, gym memberships, massage etc.

What smart ring is actually worth buying these days?
If you don't mind the subscription I'd say the Oura ring 5. I've tried Oura ring 4, fitbit air, Ringconn Gen 3. I loved my Oura 4 just wanted to try something with no subscription.... But you get what you pay for. The Oura app (imo and personal experience) is leagues above the Ringconn app and more

RingConn Gen 2 or Oura Ring 4????
Looking for some insight preferably from someone who has tried both or has done extensive research. First of all, I prefer the more sleek look of the RC but I could overlook that if the difference in features is significant. I am not a fitness person so this is not super important to me. I know that

Oura to Ringconn?
Same same—as did a friend of mine. We both switched from Oura to RingConn after years with Oura. I love RingConn. I especially love not having to pay the subscription nor supporting Palantir in any way.

RingConn vs Oura Ring — are they basically the same? Which one is actually worth buying?
There were a few things that sold RingConn for me: Cheaper No subscription Less bulky Sleep apnea monitoring (can get the Gen 2 Air if that isn’t important to you) Not a fan of Oura’s partnership with Palantir/Department of Defense

RingConn vs Oura Ring — are they basically the same? Which one is actually worth buying?
I’ve had both for a bit now started with Oura and then switched to RingConn. Honestly, they’re way closer than people think in terms of sleep/HRV tracking. Oura’s app is definitely more polished and “coach-like,” but after a while I realized I wasn’t really using half of the insights. RingConn feels

Difficulty with sex TTC
I'm in the UK and use oura ring gen3 with natural cycles. I have been using for about 6 months and they have been great for timing and confirming ovulation through bbt. It's a high cost up front (£250 for oura plus £6 monthly subscription fee and £80 for NC annual subscription). I bought a ring size

What actually helps with constant baseline stress?
I was an early adopter of the Apple Watch and the oura ring wasn’t even on my radar. I ended up getting one because a few of my friends were super impressed with them and it was almost a little fanatical. I got one at a big box store with a good return policy and totally planned on not loving it and

Focus of the Week: Oura Ring 4
Why it matters
We are now in an era where wearable health tech sits quietly on our fingers and translates our body’s language into data. The Oura Ring 4 takes this to the next level, promising deeper insight into sleep, recovery and daily readiness. But understanding what the data truly means is wh
