My Oura ring has done the same!! In the past, before they had the symptom radar feature, it would alert me with a low readiness score and say “was it something you ate?”. Now whenever I’m glutened, the new symptom radar feature gives me minor signs. It’s impressive how accurate it is!

If you don't mind the subscription I'd say the Oura ring 5. I've tried Oura ring 4, fitbit air, Ringconn Gen 3. I loved my Oura 4 just wanted to try something with no subscription....
